Where it Started
Basic Pharma was founded in 2003 in Roermond, the Netherlands, by Bob Kool. In 2007, the company relocated to Geleen, establishing the modern facilities that support its role as a trusted pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer.
What started as a focused development and manufacturing organization has grown into an integrated partner, supporting pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical projects from early development through to commercial supply.
Today, Basic Pharma produces over 40 million products per year, including nasal sprays, sterile prefilled syringes, ointments and creams, study medication, and biotech products.
